Dunkin’ Donuts to add four Buffalo-area stores

Bevilacqua Development has signed a pact with Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee Tim Cloe to open four new outlets for the Massachusetts-based chain.

The Cloe Group will open Dunkin’ Donut locations on Transit Road in Amherst, Sweet Home Road, also in Amherst, Transit Road in Lockport and in the Town of Hanover. All are set for properties that the Amherst-based Bevilacqua has developed.

Four More Dunkin’ Donuts Planned for Region

Dunkin’ Donuts announced that Tim Cole, a Buffalo franchisee, signed agreements to build four Dunkin’ Donuts locations this year with Amherst-based Bevilacqua Development.

The new coffee and baked goods shops will be open in Lockport, Hanover and Amherst – one near UB’s North Campus and another on Transit Road. The buildings will have the “new modern look” Dunkin’ Donuts introduced this year.

Dunkin’ Donuts today announced that Buffalo franchisee Tim Cloe has signed agreements to build four new Dunkin’ Donuts locations this year with Amherst-based Bevilacqua Development.

The new locations are slated to open in 2013 in Lockport, Hanover and Amherst (near UB North and on Transit Road) and will all feature the new modern Dunkin’ Donuts look introduced this year.

Planning Board Delays Two Projects

LOCKPORT – Plans for a Dunkin’ Donuts store and a business incubator building in the town industrial park were brought before the town Planning Board on Wednesday.

Both submissions were incomplete, and the board won’t act on them until next month at the earliest.
