Construction is underway for the first building in planned office complex in Clarence along Transit Road.
Bevilacqua Development Inc. is building the complex, which was designed by MWT Architecture. The first building is approximately 30,000 square feet.
The building has eight suites and is being marketed to small office users including some in the medical profession.
Other buildings, which will be tenant driven, are planned for future phases.
