Dunkin’ Donuts announced that Tim Cole, a Buffalo franchisee, signed agreements to build four Dunkin’ Donuts locations this year with Amherst-based Bevilacqua Development.
The new coffee and baked goods shops will be open in Lockport, Hanover and Amherst – one near UB’s North Campus and another on Transit Road. The buildings will have the “new modern look” Dunkin’ Donuts introduced this year.
With the new locations, there will be 48 Dunkin’ Donuts in the greater Buffalo area, nine of which have opened since the beginning of 2012.
The expansion of Dunkin’ Donuts is a response to “a strong demand from our loyal and growing base of customers,” Cole said in a release.
