Bevilacqua Development has signed a pact with Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee Tim Cloe to open four new outlets for the Massachusetts-based chain.
The Cloe Group will open Dunkin’ Donut locations on Transit Road in Amherst, Sweet Home Road, also in Amherst, Transit Road in Lockport and in the Town of Hanover. All are set for properties that the Amherst-based Bevilacqua has developed.
Other sites are under consideration.
All four stores will open this year.
“We are currently pursuing other locations which will be a good fit to further expand the presence of Dunkin’ Donuts in this market,” said Jonathan Bevilacqua, Bevilacqua president.
Since last year, Dunkin’ Donuts has opened nine new local stores. The chain has 48 in the immediate Buffalo area.
