Cluck Cluck Moo Moo adds second Southtowns location

Cluck Cluck Moo Moo has identified a second Southtowns location for its next site.

The Buffalo-based restaurant chain franchise has signed a lease for space at 3144 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park for its fourth corporate site and sixth location in development.

That’s the location where Kaylena Marie’s Artisan Bakery said it was closing temporarily in July. Now Cluck Cluck Moo Moo will take over the space, with the location to be converted by developer Bevilacqua & Associates.

The build-out and opening will coincide with another Southtowns location announced this summer at 601 Oakwood Ave. in East Aurora. Both sites are expected to open by year-end.

“We’re building Orchard Park and East Aurora at the same time,” said Nick Kotrides, who co-founded the business two years ago with business partner Michael Bowen. “We needed to be in the Southtowns. We weren’t looking for another location but Bevilacqua approached us with an offer we couldn’t refuse.”

Specializing in chicken sandwiches and burgers, the quick-serve concept focuses on takeout and delivery.

The first site opened in 2023 on Elmwood Avenue, followed by locations on Hertel Avenue and Transit Road in East Amherst, also a Belivacqua project.

Its first franchise location just opened on Kensington Avenue hear Harlem, while a second franchisee is still working to finalize a location.

Kotrides said he’s heard from other potential franchisees, but the company wants to identify people with the right kind of experience to keep the business growing.
